went away for a long weekend. where the chap's folks live is mighty picturesque, especially this time of year with the wild flowers blooming in the hedgerows. they are a few weeks behind london (a bit cooler I guess) in spring action so it was like we had a second chance to enjoy the blooms and acid-bright unfurling leaves. also went to lovely dartmouth for a jaunt - and visited the cherub.... a pub built in 1380.
